Job Description
Become part of Beanfield’s team as a Customer Solutions Engineer and play a crucial role in driving customer success through technical support in Toronto. Interact directly with clients, providing vital pre-sales assistance to enhance the sales process.
In this role, you will discuss specifications with customers, assist sales teams with technical issues, and present technical solutions to potential clients. Your expertise in telecommunications and strong interpersonal skills will be instrumental in achieving sales objectives. Candidates are expected to be bilingual in French and English and work onsite in Liberty Village at least three days a week.
