Lead with integrity as the Insolvency Counselling Manager at BDO, where we prioritize our people and clients above all. Manage a dedicated team delivering exemplary insolvency counseling services across Canada.
As a key leader in BDO's Personal Debt Solutions team, you will harness your strong leadership and organizational skills. This role requires direct involvement in counseling while overseeing team dynamics and ensuring compliance with industry standards and insolvency legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct six counseling sessions independently each day
• Oversee task distribution and monitor team progress
• Ensure adherence to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
• Provide timely support for client and creditor concerns
• Communicate clear performance goals to team members
Requirements:
• Must hold a Registered BIA Insolvency Counsellor designation
• At least five years of insolvency-related experience
