About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy in Zurich, the Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high‑quality beverages, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the bar area in pristine condition. The Bartender reports to the Bar Supervisor and Restaurant Manager.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparing high‑quality cocktails and other beverages according to our recipes and standards
• Understanding the outlet's concept and beverage offerings and confidently explaining them to guests.
• Advising and assisting guests with drink selection and food pairings
• Assisting the Head of Bars in creating new cocktails, supporting menu promotions, and keeping product knowledge up to date.
• Ensuring smooth bar operations, including preparation and cleanup
