Become a key player on the banquet set team, preparing event spaces by arranging furniture and decor according to floor plans. This role involves lifting, moving, and setting up various items for successful events.
In this position, you will work collaboratively to set up the banquet room efficiently. Responsibilities include moving chairs and tables as per instructions and coordinating with vendors. Adaptability to different schedules, including early mornings starting at 6 a.m., is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Move large quantities of chairs and tables
• Follow detailed floor plans and verbal directions
• Collaborate with vendors and clubhouse visitors
• Set tables with linens, glassware, and cutlery
• Ensure the banquet area is ready for events
