Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (On-site)

Salary: $17,000 per month (at the beginning)

The Bankruptcy Legal Clerk supports the attorneys and legal assistants in the bankruptcy department with case management, document preparation, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Essential Functions

• Open and maintain electronic client files in accordance with firm procedures.
• Prepare draft pleadings, notices, and other bankruptcy-related documents under attorney supervision.
• Assist with electronic filing of documents through CM/ECF.
• Track deadlines and hearing dates to support attorneys’ calendars.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
