What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team you will lead a team of high‑performing financial services professionals toward a shared goal of delivering an exceptional client experience. You will hire, develop and coach your team, inspiring them to perform at their best, and act as a true owner by helping clients and team members succeed. You will find ways to fuel revenue growth, take accountability for results, support new and existing clients as they secure their futures, owns homes and set up businesses, and be flexible to work at multiple banking centres and on-site full‑time.
