Overview
What you’ll do: Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of Departmental operations, including recruitment, training and development, and performance management.
- Provide solid leadership and support to department team members.
- Provide top-notch customer service satisfaction.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of the department team.
- Aim to achieve budgeted goals.
- Ensure merchandising, production, and facility image are at the highest standards.
- Responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining competitive prices and initiating price checks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
