Job Vacancy**:Backend **Typescript Developer/Support (AWS) with AI/LLM**

Working shift: 09:00 - 17:00 **(UTC -5)**
***Working shift: 10:00 - 18:00 **(UTC -6)**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for reacting to alarms in Opsgenie related to our AWS Microservices
- You will need to be able to learn what our different systems do and be able to investigate.
- Help create new dashboard and improve our monitoring
- As alerts are not frequent so there is plenty of development work to be done.
- We love cutting-edge technologies. We are currently in the development of a multi-agent AI system, which will, enrich alerts with more information, create incidents based on different criteria, it has access to our documentation, so can offer advise in the ticken on resolution, and finally can auto fix the issues itself. We want you to be part of this initative!
