B2B Cold Caller
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B cold caller / appointment setter to generate qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.
This is a performance-based role. You will be paid per qualified meeting, not hourly.
Our client operates in the B2B technology space (operations & workforce optimization solutions), targeting senior leaders such as:
Director of IT
Director of Operations
Director of Shared Services
Director of Workforce Management
COO
Your job is simple:
Call targeted prospects
Generate interest
Book qualified meetings
Share confirmed meeting details with us for allocation to the sales team
Compensation
$30–$50 per qualified meeting
Rate depends on lead quality and seniority
No cap on earnings
Long-term engagement possible for strong performers

A meeting will be considered qualified and payable ONLY IF:
The prospect is part of our defined ICP (we will share criteria)
