Oversee the strategic and operational needs of a personal care home, fostering relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Direct and mentor care staff to ensure resident‑focused care.

Collaborate with the care team—including physicians, home care, community paramedics, emergency medical services, and facility staff—to coordinate resident care, treatment, and support.

Ensure the appropriate coordination of ongoing care education and recertification for staff.

Maintain a flexible schedule to support administrative duties and direct employee oversight; on‑call responsibilities and outside regular hours may be required.
