Automotive Service Technician
Job Description
Overview
Join our service department as an Automotive Service Technician. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of makes and models using modern scan tools, OEM software, and your mechanical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using scan tools and multimeters
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, and driveline repairs
- Complete routine maintenance (oil, tires, fluids, filters, multi‑point inspections)
- Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and TSBs
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and safety standards
- Document repairs and communicate findings to the service advisor
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an auto technician (dealership preferred)
- Proficient with diagnostic scan tools and shop equipment
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- 310S license required
