Automotive Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of all gasoline, diesel and propane powered automotive equipment, buses and recreational vehicles on site.
• Perform inspections and service equipment as specified by preventative maintenance work orders as well as troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Assist the heavy-duty mechanics in the maintenance of other mobile equipment.

This is a six-month temporary position.

Requirements of the Position

• Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson automotive service technician certificate
• Five years of related work experience
• Ford trained mechanic and Ford integrated diagnostic system experience
• Rim and tire safety training
• Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
