Roles and Responsibilities

Role:

To lead the Lighting system development for all projects, team development & coordination with cross functional teams.

Design lighting system and parts like headlamp, rear lamp, indictor lamps etc as per performance/ quality/ cost/ weight targets and plants manufacturing requirement.

Ensure compliance to regulatory norms.

RFQ generation, Vendor evaluation & Design review.

Coordinate with EEE teams to define interface requirement. Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU from concept stage till finalize design,

considering all functionality, manufacturability, cost & styling intent.

Conduct DR, FMEA (system/ design) and apply all such tools in the design phase

Define performance and reliability test parameters, procedures for such parts.
