In this role, reporting to the Molding Maintenance Manager, you will troubleshoot and set up various IML Robots, Take-out robots, and Vision Inspection systems. Your experience from a lean manufacturing environment is crucial in diagnosing faults and performing preventative maintenance on automated equipment while promoting operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain robotic and inspection systems
• Load and modify HMI programs for efficiency
• Diagnose robot errors and adjust components
• Configure vision inspection systems post-material changes
• Perform robotic preventative maintenance and cleaning
