Automation Equipment Operator

**Job Description:**

Operate and maintain automated equipment within the cleanroom environment, ensuring stable, efficient, and high‑quality production processes. Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for escalated technical needs. Initially responsible for operating an automated packaging machine, with future progression toward operating and supporting additional automation systems.

**Automated Equipment Operation**

+ Operate automated packaging machinery in a cleanroom environment according to work instructions and good manufacturing practice requirements.
+ Monitor machine performance, identify deviations, and ensure continuous and stable production flow.
+ Perform machine setup, basic calibration, and preparation for production runs.
