Auto Claims Adjuster - Insurance Graduate

About the role

We’re looking for Personal Lines auto claims adjusters who have passed the AMF exams or are in the process of doing so. Locations include Montreal, Laval, Quebec City, and Saint‑Hyacinthe. Work schedule: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (35 hours/week).

What you’ll do

• Open new claims over the phone and ensure prompt handling.
• Interview insureds and witnesses to gather accounts.
• Determine coverage by reviewing policy details.
• Analyze information, make liability decisions, and review damage assessments.
• Settle claims fairly, confirm damage amounts, and process payments.

Qualifications

• Claims adjuster licence and successful completion of AMF exams.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Strong time‑management skills.
