RSM is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join our dynamic TMT practice. You will manage complex audits for both public and private clients, including tech companies backed by private equity. This role demands strong leadership in financial statement auditing and effective team coordination across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead TMT engagement and audit team management
• Oversee project milestones and engagement statuses
• Identify technical accounting issues early in audits
• Communicate audit updates and resource needs to clients
• Build strong client relationships through ongoing contact
Requirements:
• BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• CPA Certification is mandatory
