Job Description

Summary As an Attorney Advisor, you will perform complex legal work which influences the operation of national banks, federal savings associations (FSA) or internal OCC operations. This position will be located in Washington, DC under the Litigation unit of Chief Counsel's office. Responsibilities As an Attorney Advisor in Litigation, you will: Represent the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in trial and appellate courts, including in cases brought under the Administrative Procedure Act, federal employment laws, and the Freedom of Information Act; and/or represent the OCC in administrative proceedings pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
