This position is at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in the Office of Ethics Counsel (OEC). This position serves as an Attorney Advisor (Harassment Prevention). Responsibilities As an Attorney Advisor (Harassment Prevention), you will: Manage and support the agency's anti-harassment program, including prevention efforts, reporting processes, corrective actions, and compliance with governing laws and policies. Advise agency leadership and management, including senior officials and Board Members, on legal interpretations, policy decisions, and recommended actions related to harassment and ethics issues. Conduct legal research and analysis, identifying applicable laws and regulations, determining required facts, and preparing comprehensive memoranda and policy documents.
