Role Summary

We are recruiting an Associate to join the Business Management team within the Private Equity (PE) department based in Toronto. The role will support the PE department’s business management priorities, focusing on operational effectiveness, reporting, financial activities, process improvement, and cross‑functional coordination. The Associate will work closely with stakeholders across PE and the broader Fund to support key initiatives, prepare management reporting and analysis, track departmental deliverables, and help identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes.
