Business System Analyst (with Life and Annuity domain experience) Technical Skills (Primary)
Experience Domain Knowledge: 10 to 14 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in insurance Strong knowledge of insurance processes Life and annuity underwriting claims billing Requirements System Design: Hands on experience with requirement elicitation and documentation Ability to design functional and system specifications Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders Release Implementation: Expertise in release management and coordination across distributed teams Collaborate with developers, testers and product owners for successful delivery Support UAT data validation and production rollout activities Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Skilled in system modeling techniques Soft Skills
