This part-time role allows you to partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership Team, aiming for continued success and patient satisfaction within your practice. Your duties will encompass patient diagnosis, coaching associate optometrists, and fostering an atmosphere of commitment and innovation. Achieving “Far Exceeds Expectations” in all performance indicators is part of your key responsibilities, ensuring high standards in patient care.
