Associate, Investments - Trans-Canada Capital

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, Hedge Funds & Alternative Investments, the Associate will contribute across TCC’s externally managed portfolios, supporting the team on private market funds, hedge fund strategies, public equity strategies, and selective co-investments. The role is generalist, combining rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis with active relationship management.

Location

Montreal – Downtown, with an in-office presence of at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and update portfolio monitoring reports and tools across externally managed public and private market fund exposures, analyzing performance, attribution, and risk, and delivering clear, actionable insights to the investment team.
