Key Responsibilities:
• Process physical stock certificates and warrants efficiently
• Conduct Employee Option and Warrant Exercises
• Set up and track wire transfers and cheques
• Address client inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide backup for certificate transactions in CDS and DTC

• Minimum 3-5 years of securities experience
