:This role is to drive the entire product development process and provide technical support on a wide range of products, so as to deliver the product initiatives in support of company’s business strategy as well as business purpose. The job holder will be involved in a full process of product development, including research on market trends/clients needs, product innovation, product design, product implementation, product management, and product promotion.

Market Research and Product Proposition
Closely monitor updates and changes in HK and mainland insurance market, including but not limited to industry trend, competitor movements, market competitive analysis, market opportunities and threats, specific client segment to identify the potential business opportunity. Analyze and draw conclusions from research undertaken to improve the SLHK’s product positioning in the fast -changing market situation.
