Drive excellence in North America operations accounting as Associate Director at our Mississauga office. Oversee financial reporting under US GAAP and German GAAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
In this role, you'll lead operations accounting for five US and Canadian entities. You'll manage a team, oversee monthly reporting, approve journal entries, and conduct variance analysis. Collaborate with various departments to provide timely, decision-ready financial information while ensuring robust internal controls and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
