Become the Associate Director of the McGill Growth Lab at McGill University in Sherbrooke, Quebec. This full-time role focuses on strategic leadership and partnership development in economic policy research.
The Max Bell School of Public Policy is looking for a dynamic leader to direct the McGill Growth Lab. This position requires a solid background in applied economic policy and a proactive approach to establishing the Lab's framework. You will manage interdisciplinary projects and engage with key stakeholders over an 8-10 year career in research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic vision and operational decisions for the Lab
• Manage fundraising strategies and partnerships
• Serve as primary contact for government and industry sponsors
• Collaborate with Harvard Kennedy School on joint initiatives
• Promote the Lab’s mission through public engagement efforts
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in economics, public policy, or related field
