Associate Director, Commercial Origination
Driving the profitability of MCAP’s commercial term lending programs in partnership with the Vice President of Origination.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and manage relationships with clients
- Develop a marketing plan with the assistance and support of senior leaders
- Implement the marketing plan and initiate calls to potential new clients
- Work to source new business opportunities and grow CMG’s market share
- Work collaboratively with existing Originators to ensure client retention
- Educate new and current clients on MCAP CMG’s products
- Represent CMG at various industry events
- Provide input into new product initiatives based on market needs
- Monitor client service levels to ensure they are met
- Secure mortgage loan applications from borrowers and brokers
