Associate Director, Coaching & Leadership Development

Lead the internal coaching practice and design enterprise leadership development programs that strengthen leadership capability and performance across a global, multi‑city organization. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement an internal coaching framework aligned with the organization’s leadership strategy and values. Define coaching standards, governance, ethics, and quality controls to ensure consistency and credibility. Determine effective internal versus external coaching, and manage a high quality roster of external coaches. Build tools, resources, and processes to scale coaching across leadership and further into the organization over time. Provide 1:1 and small‑group coaching to senior leaders, supporting transitions, performance, and enterprise mindset.
