Job Description
Regional Field Corrective Action (FCA) Coordinator
Location: Brampton, Canada. Contract: 18-month with onsite requirement at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate FCA deployment and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations, managing regional rollout and communicating with local/regional QARA departments and field teams.
- Document and ensure compliance of FCA-related documents (Global FCA Plan, Field Safety Notice, Customer Acknowledgement forms) per Medtronic work instructions and regulatory and quality requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to field staff on FCA procedures and best practices.
- Support OU and local audit programs, including providing evidence of FCA planning activities and notification to competent authorities or notified bodies when needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance FCA processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
