Qualifications
- Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization University Degree or equivalent Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes, including experience with Workday.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience handling HR transactions.
- Ability to support U.S.-based HR transactions.
- Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports.
- Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
