Description
Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations across all departments

Provide consistent floor leadership to drive sales, service standards, and execution

Lead, coach, and develop department managers and frontline associates

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management

Reinforce merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and safety compliance

Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management

Monitor store KPIs and support action planning to improve sales, margin, and operational results

Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and the local community

Step into the Store Manager role as needed to ensure continuity of leadership
Requirements
Required: Solid background in lumber and home improvement retail
