NASCAR Canada Series seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Assistant Series Director. This is a part-time role.

The Assistant Series Director supports the NASCAR Canada Series Director on all operational processes and procedures in the garage area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Series Director on staging and parking, garage layout, inspection order, and event scheduling.
• Partner with the Series Director to distribute and communicate pre-race competitor information and handouts.
• Maintain and manage the team roster within the garage area.
• Oversee traffic flow, crowd control, and credential verification within the assigned garage.
