Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Condominium Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort-like community. The ideal candidate will possess a CMRAO General License and have a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage Resident relations, ensure property maintenance, and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, maintenance, and Resident relations.
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
