The Health Sciences unit at Tampere University’s Faculty of Social Sciences seeks a highly motivated and accomplished researcher and teacher for a five‑year, tenure‑track position in Health Services Research.

Job description

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct high‑level scientific research in health care systems and contribute to the advancement of the field of Health Services Research.
• Provide research‑based teaching in Finnish and/or English, at the appropriate professional level.
• Engage with society and foster international collaboration within the field.
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct research, to collaborate multidisciplinary, and to engage with regional health authorities and other key healthcare stakeholders.
