Job Description

Role Purpose
To support senior leaders in driving provider management–related projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, execution, and follow-through. This role acts as a project coordinator and subject matter expert (SME), providing both strategic and administrative support to enable successful delivery of network strategy, system enhancements, and operational improvements.
Position Responsibilities
Support senior leaders in planning, execution, and tracking of provider management projects and initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and follow up on action items
Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management review
Provide administrative and coordination support, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation
