Assistant Manager, Road Assist Fleet

About the Position
We are hiring a Regular Full-Time Assistant Manager for our Road Assist Fleet team. In this role you will lead a dedicated team of Fleet Technicians, ensuring a safe and efficient operation and an excellent customer experience for BCAA Members.
Location
Onsite at the Burnaby Depot (5590 Goring Street). Candidates must be within commuting distance of the Burnaby Depot or be willing to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, develop, coach and manage team members to meet objectives and ensure skill development.
- Support and cultivate a Safety First culture through regular roadside visits with Fleet Drivers.
- Hold overall performance and accountability for Fleet Driver operational KPIs, covering both towing and service aspects.
