In this role, you will provide frontline leadership in the Pediatric Sleep Laboratory and support the Respiratory Therapy program. You'll be responsible for supervising clinical staff, resolving operational issues, and ensuring patient care standards are met across three sites in Edmonton. Engage in quality initiatives and provide important mentorship to staff in a fast-paced environment.
