Context

The role of Assistant Manager International Real Estate requires a close collaboration with various departments such as Finance, Legal, Vendor Maintenance, Project Managers, Product Managers, Procurement, Operations team as well as various landlords wherever business is held.

The Assistant Manager must understand the main SAP system accounting principles as well as having a demonstrated and established commercial negotiation and/or Real Estate background.

The Assistant Manager will also be expected to act as back-up when the Associated Director leading the team is absent.
