Enhance customer experience at the Conghua Racecourse as the Assistant Manager for Racing Ambassadors. Oversee recruitment, training, and management of key staff for engaging race day events.
This one-year contract role supports the Manager of Mainland Customer Experience & Marketing Planning. Key responsibilities include developing training materials, collaborating with internal and external teams, and coordinating race day logistics. Your strategic oversight will ensure Racing Ambassadors and Hosts deliver exceptional service and knowledge to enhance guest engagement during the Grand Opening and future events.
