The Day to Day:
Manage and oversee the daily operations, including staffing, security, and venue management.
You enthusiastically communicate the restaurant and lounge’s vision to all team members and leads by example. 
You understand how to create, foster and maintain a rave worthy bar program.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus within the building, with specialized attention to beverage program.
