Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Operations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • Oversee daily front-end operations including cashiers, customer service desk, and baggers
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the front-end area
