Job Description
Winpak is looking for a dedicated Assistant for its MBVS department in Winnipeg. You will work a 12-hour rotating shift focused on supporting Multibarrier production lines safely.
This role involves providing crucial assistance to Operators in the daily operation and maintenance of casting lines and slitters. You will conduct safety checks, support routine maintenance, and maintain high-quality standards in compliance with ISO 9001 and SQF codes. Your contributions will directly impact production efficiency in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and running of production lines
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance tasks
• Perform safety and quality inspections consistently
• Complete department documentation as directed
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in communication with team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
