Assistant Design-Build Structural Review Engineer (Civil Engineer V)

*Position Summary* MassDOT Design-Build Section is seeking to add a Bridge Technical Reviewer to their team. This role will involve the review of design plans and calculations for complex bridge projects and require excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work through project specific issues and unique challenges. This position will report to the Director of Alternative Project Delivery and will assist in advancing Design-Build projects in accordance with sound engineering principles, applicable laws, regulations and standards. *Detailed Duties and Responsibilities* * Reviews Structural Designs: Reviews structural aspects of Design-Build project submissions. Ensures design reviews are in compliance with project RFP requirements, AASHTO Specifications, and MassDOT Bridge Manual requirements.
