Coordinate team and mentor assignments of engineers with the substation department manager, project managers and project engineers for the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff. Review employee performance and conducting development meetings. Identify training needs for engineers and support/develop training programs for the department. Collaborate with other departments on shared training. Assist with the development of new clients and maintenance of existing clients. Assist with developing and reviewing proposals.
