Job Description
Job Summary CN is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Real Estate (Estate) team in Concord, ON. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of CN’s real estate portfolio across Central Canada.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of real estate contract law and industry practices, along with experience in a corporate real estate environment managing a large land portfolio or within a real estate law firm.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact with tenants
Prepare real review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including leases and land sale contracts
Administer the lease portfolio, including new, renewals, rent reviews, assignments, cancellations and environmental matters
Review and oversee land sale transactions, including review of site plans, surveys, titles, and encumbrances, and coordinate closings with legal counsel
