A well-established and growing real estate investment firm is in search of a hands-on, operationally focused Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 2,000 multi-family residential units across the GTA. This is an excellent opportunity for a performance-driven real estate professional looking to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team with executive-level exposure. In this newly created role, you’ll report directly to the Director, Multi-Family and play a key part in shaping asset strategy, optimizing property performance, and executing capital improvement initiatives.
