Assembly Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF ***** standards.
Coordinate the plant's quality and reliability team.
Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as customer complaints and cost of poor quality.
Carry out administrative reviews as scheduled.
Attend meetings with the global quality management team.
Attend customer meetings.
Provide daily follow‐up on non‐conforming product inventories.
Perform analyses for responses to quality issues and customer complaints.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality.
etc.
+8 years of experience in manufacturing quality, automotive industry experience.
Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
English fluent.
