Asphalt Plant operator

Working under the direct supervision of the Plant foreman, the asphalt plant operators duties will include start up and shut down of the plant, ordering tests and working with the Quality Control department to assure spec of material is met, assisting the plant foreman with material ordering, inventory management, plant maintenance, and record keeping. The Asphalt plant operator will maintain safe work policies and all necessary paperwork, and need to communicate with road crews, truck drivers, and other coworkers.
