The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Research Development Associates responsible for performing cell processing and manufacturing activities in a controlled aseptic and cGMP environment, including blood product processing, equipment operation, and quality testing. Ensures compliance with SOPs and batch documentation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and safety standards.
